Getting There

By Car:
There is parking available to the public in a paid carpark inside the junction right next to the pitch, accessible from the small road next to the river.
DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE GATES NEXT TO THE PITCH – THIS IS AN EMERGENCY HIGHWAY ENTRANCE!
By Train:
Ohashi Junction is located close to the East exit of Ikejiri Ohashi Station on the Hanzomon/Shin-Tamagawa line (5 min walk), this is just 1 stop (2 mins) from Shibuya.
By Taxi:
Ask the driver to go to this address: Meguro Ohashi Yubinkyoku(post office) it is then just along the small street next to the river!
Ground & Footware
The surface is made of brand new, 3rd generation astroturf, a great surface for playing on. The long bladed turf will proect children from injury should they fall over during practice and we recommend rubber soled turf shoes for all players (please see our Footwear Chart).
*Parents: please do not wear heeled shoes or take prams/pushchairs or food on to the astroturf.
Rain Plan
In the event of rain, sessions can go ahead. If there is heavy rain, snow (thick on the ground), lightning, or the ground is in poor condition due to earlier inclement weather the ground must not be used, and the sessions will be cancelled.
Please understand that there will be no refund or make up sessions in the event of cancelled sessions due to the weather/ground condition. We will inform* you by 8:00 am** if the sessions will be cancelled via our Facebook page
*Note: We will inform you only in case of doubtful/inclement weather. Please also understand that we might have to cancel after 8:00 am if the weather/ground condition worsens after 8:00 am.

At Ohashi Junction Futsal Court
・In order for everybody to use the OPASU YUME HIROBA artificial grass pitch safely, comfortably and for a long time, please comply with the following rules.
・Please make sure you bring the correct footwear. (Footware chart) NO spikes, cleats or studs (either moulded or metal). Please bring futsal shoes or other flat soled shoes.
・You cannot bring food or drink onto the artificial pitch. If you want to eat or drink you can do so in the areas outside of the pitch.
・There are no rubbish bins at this facility. Please make sure you take away ALL your rubbish (magazines, newspapers, pet bottles, coffee cups, food wrappers etc) with you.
・Pets are not allowed on the playing surface. Please walk your pet in the areas outside of the artificial grass.
・Adults and children can play together on the pitch, so please be careful to avoid any accidents.
・In case of serious accident or injuries, please contact the TENKUU TEIEN management office or 119 immediately.
・To protect the artificial grass surface, please refrain from wearing high heels on it or riding bicycles, kick-boards, skate boards, baby buggies etc. on it.
FAQ
Q：Which class does my child best fit under?
A：We first look at your child’s age; Pups (3~4 y/o), Bulldogs(5~6 y/o), Lions (7~8 y/o), Academy (9~10 y/o), Academy Stars (11~12 y/o). We will have your child take the trial session accordingly to his/her age, then see whether that class is suitable or not.
Q：What happens if it is raining on the day?
A：In cases of inclement weather, please refer to the rain protocol for each venue. Also, by liking our Facebook page, you will quickly receive updates about weather cancellations and more. We will only inform when the sessions are cancelled. If you do not receive a message or see posts about cancellation, sessions will be on.
Q：How much are trial sessions?
A：For the younger classes we offer a 2 trial sessions set: Pups 4,500 yen, Bulldogs 5,000 yen
For the older classes 1 trial session : Lions 3,000 yen, Academy/Academy Stars 4,000 yen, U14 class 5,000 yen
Q：How do I apply for a trial session?
A：Please fill out the trial request form from here and you will receive an email from us for more infomation.
Q：Can I purchase new pairs of BFA socks/shorts/shirt?
A：The uniform comes in a set (shirt, shorts and socks) therefore we are not able to sell each products individually. Also we cannot provide a different size item (e.g. we cannot provide a 120cm shorts and a 130 cm shirt as a set).
Once you have taken the size/price tags off the uniform, please understand that we cannot exchange it for a different sized one.
Q：What is BFA’s make up policy?
A：In cases where a member is absent from their session or a session is cancelled by the location due to extenuating circumstances, it is impossible for us to provide refunds or adjustment to your future fee. Also, we cannot offer make up sessions on other days/locations for sessions you are absent for personal reasons.
