Classes & Camps
Q：Which class does my child best fit under?
A：We first look at your child’s age; Pups (3~4 y/o), Bulldogs(5~6 y/o), Lions (7~8 y/o), Lionesses (Girls only 9~12y/o), Academy (9~10 y/o), Academy Stars (11~12 y/o). We will have your child take the trial session accordingly to his/her age, then see whether that class is suitable or not.
Fees
How much is the initial fee?
A：We will be charging enrollment fee (¥20,000) and fee for the first month. Please check here for prices for each class.
*Enrollment fee includes the BFA uniform, BFA bag, BFA towel and sports insurance. You can collect the package from one of our BFA coaches at your first session.
General questions
Q：What happens if it is raining on the day?
A：In cases of inclement weather, please refer to the rain protocol for each venue. Also, by liking our Facebook page, you will quickly receive updates about weather cancellations and more. We will only inform when the sessions are cancelled. If you do not receive a message or see posts about cancellation, sessions will be on.
Q：Can my child join more than 1 venue?
A：You may register your child at more than 1 venue in which case you will be charged the monthly fee x number of venues. However, your child can only attend the classes he/she is registered for (i.e. cannot come to another venue if he/she can’t attend his/her regular sessions).
Q：What is BFA’s make up policy?
A：In cases where a member is absent from their session or a session is cancelled by the location due to extenuating circumstances, it is impossible for us to provide refunds or adjustment to your future fee. Also, we cannot offer make up sessions on other days/locations for sessions you are absent for personal reasons.
BFA Shop
Q：Can I purchase new pairs of BFA socks/shorts/shirt?
A：The uniform comes in a set (shirt, shorts and socks) therefore we are not able to sell each products individually. Also we cannot provide a different size item (e.g. we cannot provide a 120cm shorts and a 130 cm shirt as a set).
Once you have taken the size/price tags off the uniform, please understand that we cannot exchange it for a different sized one.
