In July this year, some afternoon classes had to be cancelled due to heat stroke alerts issued by the Tokyo government. For our members safety, as a precaution against heat stroke (and the cancelling of any more classes) we have decided to make some changes to weekend classes in July & August.

@ Roppongi (Nanzan) Sunday afternoon
All classes to move (including Academy class to merge with Lions) to ISSH mornings in August (18th and 25th)

@ Hiroo (ISSH) Saturday afternoon
Academy and Academy Stars classes will be merged and from 3:30 – 4:50pm. (17th, 24th & 31st)

@ Sangenjaya (BST Showa) Saturday afternoon
Academy Stars and U14 classes will be merged and from 3:30 – 5 pm. (17th, 24th & 31st)

All classes will return to their regular times from September onwards.
