The ground is a safety-approved, astroturf playground and as such all children are asked to wear flat-soled trainers (sneakers) or rubber soled 'futsal' shoes for their own safety. (please see our Footware Chart).
Take the Hibiya line to Hiroo Station and go out of Exit 4 (Nishi Azabu end). ISSH is just up the side road to your right as you come out of the exit.
Unfortunately parking is not permitted at the school although dropping off & picking up kids is fine. Do not drive right up to the school itself though & please be courteous to the guards at the school.
In the event of light rain, sessions will go ahead.
If there is heavy rain, snow (thick on the ground), lightning, or the ground is in poor condition due to earlier inclement weather the ground cannot be used, and the sessions will be cancelled.
Please understand that there will be no refund or make up sessions in the event of cancelled sessions due to the weather/ground condition.
We will inform* you by 1 hour before the class, (Saturday: 1 pm, Sunday: 8:20 am) if the sessions will be cancelled via our Facebook page**: https://www.facebook.com/BritishFootballAcademy.

*Posts will be made only if the session is cancelled.
*We may have to cancel sessions when the ground condition gets worse right before/during the sessions.
Please also make sure you read and comply the regulations in the BFA members guide.
- Food and sugared drinks are not allowed on the playground. (water/sports drinks only)
- No litter to be left anywhere. Please take your rubbish with you.
- No Pets allowed.
- No one is permitted access to ANY part of the facilities that BFA don’t use, including the hill area, the bushes & trees. We may use the play structures next to the ground but please make sure that all children are supervised by parents/guardians/nannies.
- The toilets we are allowed to use are limited – Please make sure to keep them clean.
